Here is a great value for a large 2/2 on the ground floor next to a pool in Sunrise Lakes! The unit is very clean but mostly original which accounts for the price point. If you are handy or you just want to have the interior done to your taste (not someone else’s) this is the ideal condo for you! Sunrise Lakes is an over 55 community which offers free golfing, 10 swimming pools (some salt water), and activities every day of the week. No rentals here so the community is very nicely kept. Only service or emotional support pets allowed. New owner must qualify with a net monthly income of $3000 or above and at least a 670 credit score. Easy to show!
