Spiaggia Ocean Condo is located in the heart of Surfside, directly across from the dining and shopping district and just one block from the luxurious Bal Harbor Shops and Restaurants! The master bedroom offers an oversized terrace, and each bedroom has its own balcony. One bedroom is located on the main level, and the master and two additional rooms are located on the second level. The open, light-filled kitchen, living room, and dining areas on the first level overlook the ocean and offer the perfect setting for entertaining. PH2 is fully furnished and equipped with two sinks and two ovens in the kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer on each level for convenience. One-year leases are NOT available.
