Business assets included in the sale consist of all furniture and equipment used in the operation of the jewelry business, including but not limited to: furniture, safe, 3D printer for wax molds, rolling mill, polishing machine, laser welding machine, laser engraving and cutting machine, diamond setting workstation with microscope, workbench, steamers, Pawnbroker License (subject to transferability and regulatory approval), Second Hand Dealer/Retail Sales License (subject to transferability and regulatory approval), together with all related equipment, fixtures and transferable business assets. Inventory is excluded from the sale unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller and Purchaser
